Shrink dryers for China

The machine is designed for fabric widths of up to 2400 mm, is heated indirectly by oil circulation, and is equipped with the Optimatic automation system (automatic setup and exhaust air moisture sensing and control). It is to go into service in July 2000.
Wa-Fung is a very well known knitted goods finisher with a focus on cotton. The greater part of its production goes for export to Asia, the EU and the USA. As a long-standing customer, Wa-Fung virtually performs the function of a Krantz showroom for the Asian market. As recently as 1998, for example, Krantz supplied a 4-compartment "Krantz Syncro" shrink dryer and a 6-compartment "K20 optimo" single-layer stenter.

Three multi-layer shrink dryers for Quingdao
Krantz is to supply three "Syncro double" multi-layer shrink dryers to Quingdao. All machines are to be 3-compartment versions designed for fabric widths of up to 2800 mm and production speeds of up to 80 m/min. The heating system: indirect steam heating.
From July 2000 onwards the customer, Shandong Quingdao Jifa Group Knitting Co. Ltd., will be using the machines for cotton knitted goods (in open-width or tubular form).
Shrink dryer for southern China
Kwong Hing Trading Company has placed an order with Krantz for delivery of a 4-compartment "Krantz Syncro" shrink dryer for use with knitted fabrics made of cotton and cotton/polyester. The machine is designed for fabric widths of up to 2400 mm and production speeds of up to 80 m/min. It has an indirect steam heating system and is equipped with the Optimatic automation system (machine parameter visualization and automatic setup via touch-screen). It is due to go into service in August/September 2000.
