New Sales and Service organization of SMIT Textile

NEW SALES AND SERVICE ORGANIZATION OF SMIT TEXTILE

As important step in the separation process of SMIT SpA from Sultex AG (Promatech), decided by the EU Antitrust Commission to remove a dominant position in the gripper weaving machines market, starting from June 1st, SMIT Textile new Sales organisation will be the only one appointed to deal with contracts for G6300 and G6300F weaving machines sold under the brand name Sulzer Textil.

Starting from the same date, a new Spare Parts & Service organization will be operating worldwide to supply original Spare Parts and Supply Services for all the machines presently manufactured, beside those manufactured in the past.
