Benninger receives major order from Italy

BENNINGER RECEIVES MAJOR ORDER FROM ITALY

TESSIVAL S.p.A. ? Long standing confidence in BENNINGER

Benninger delivers, in close collaboration with her long standing customer TESSIVAL S.p.A., 5 BEN-DIRECT warping installations with V-Creels and 4 BEN-SIZETEC sizing lines, as well as a fully automatic size preparation unit, including water purification plant, for the works Fiorano al Serio and Airola.
TESSIVAL manufactures coarse to mid range grey fabrics. The new plant in the south of Italy will almost double its production capacity, which is a definite indication of the faith this company has in the location Europe. The simultaneous modernisation of the machinery at the parent company near Bergamo, distinctly shows that it is not about relocating the production site but about expansion of existing capacities.
The customer has invested in a maximum of automation and process control for the new plant in Airola, near Naples. In addition to the fully automatic size preparation unit and automatic bobbin ejection on the V-Creel, Tessival has also acquired, over and above the standard process control for monitoring the sizing process, additional accessories such as the process archiving system "SIZEDATA" and the size application measurement system, all from Benninger. Condensates, cleaning water and residual size are reintroduced into the system via the steamer, resp. size preparation unit and have therefore practically no influence on the environment.
