Kordsa will introduce its new light weighting technology at JEC World 2019

Kordsa attends JEC World 2019, the largest international gathering of the composites industry. The reinforcement leader will exhibit its expanding product portfolio and new technologies with the visitors. Kordsa will also introduce its new light weighting technology in heavy duty vehicle chassis system developed in collaboration with Ford Otosan.

Kordsa attends JEC World 2019 held in Paris between 12 and 14 March. At JEC World 2019, Kordsa will showcase its innovative products and technologies at Hall 6 booth D32 and G27 for its recently acquired companies Fabric Development, Textile Products, and Advanced Honeycomb Technologies. Visitors will also have its game changer light weighting technology in heavy duty vehicle chassis system, developed in co-operation with Ford Otosan.

While light weighting is currently the top priority in the automotive industry, Kordsa, in collaboration with Ford Otosan, developed a new chassis system technology for heavy duty vehicles over 16 tons including structural health monitoring systems. Kordsa and Ford Otosan will introduce the new technology at “Composites Exchange” conference on March 13th.

As part of Turkey’s ‘Country on Stage’ event on 14th of March, Kordsa will share Kordsa’s knowledge and skills in the area of composites technologies, mainly focusing on Composite Technologies Center of Excellence, an innovation hub that brings industry and university together.
