Bräcker, Graf, Novibra, Suessen thanks visitors for experiencing the difference

Live demonstration on the ring spinning machine (c) 2014 PTC Group
From June 16 – 20, 2014, Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen presented in Shanghai at ITMA Asia + CITME 2014 their newly developed Premium Components.

Suessen launched the new compact spinning system EliTe®Advanced. The outstanding features impressed the visitors. They were extremely interested in the possible savings in energy, consumables and maintenance effort as well as in the increased yarn production, lower ends-down rates and improved yarn quality parameters provided by the new system.

Another eye-catcher was the Suessen TwistPlus false twist unit for ring spinning machines. The combination of the EliTe®Compact Spinning System with the TwistPlus offers incredible possibilities to design new ring yarn types, increase yarn production or process lower valued raw material. Bräcker launched with an innovative 3D animation the two new spinning rings redORBIT und OPAL. The redORBIT and the OPAL® rings are the answers to the demands of today’s fast paced spinning industry, where the spinning mills have to work with very tight cost control, whilst adapting quickly to the ever faster changing markets.

Graf underlined with their Flat Grinding Roller and the Resharpening Devices its capability in providing service equipment for flat cards machines as well as their competence in products of card clothings for staple carding machines processing stables fibres as well as for nonwovens applications.

CROCOdoff, the clamping crown from Novibra, is meanwhile the benchmark system for performing doffing without underwinding.

Through the competent performance of the sales team and the comprehensive display of premium products, the visitors were able to see and experience the difference of the premium products from Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen.
