Bed systems for trade and industry

As a leading exponent of precision-flexible, sprung support comfort, FROLI invests in innovation and a diversified product range, which currently includes 24 designs for the retail trade and industry, from a fixed position model with adjustable head and foot sections to adjustable models featuring either 2 or 4 motors and massage units. The springs elements are mounted on a variety of supports, including spring frames, metal tracks, wooden platforms and deep-drawn plastic sheeting. FROLI also sells a range of easy-assemble, clip-together bed systems for the after market.

Many FROLI sleep systems can be fitted with feet (ranging from 180 mm to 256 mm and 280 mm in height) if desired. Universal feet, manufactured by other suppliers in a range of heights, can also be used in conjunction with a special adapter plate developed by FROLI. Where two beds are combined to form a double bed, stability is provided by means of special bed adapters and support feet.

Precision body zone support

Firmness is not something which can be changed at a later date. Only mattresses used in conjunction with a FROLI bed system can be customised to individual requirements.
The different degrees of firmness of the individual springs support orthopaedically correct body positioning. Soft springs relieve pressure on the sensitive shoulder area. Medium-firm springs ensure that both the back and discs in the back are comfortably supported, thus ensuring orthopaedically correct body posture when the sleeper is on his side or back. The springs can be removed and replaced in a few simple hand movements to suit individual needs. Firmness can be increased in specific zones by the fitting of lordosis supports, thus eliminating lower back pain.
