Dornbirn GFC to meet industry at Techtextil 2026 and invites innovators to join Innovation Forum

The Dornbirn GFC will be represented at Techtextil 2026 in Frankfurt, where visitors can connect directly with its experts and learn about the latest trends, innovations, and sustainable developments in the fiber and textile industry.

Located in Hall 9.1, Booth C67, the Dornbirn GFC stand will act as a central hub for exchange, networking, and partnerships between industry, research, and start-ups. The presence at the trade fair is aimed at strengthening the international visibility of the congress and promoting dialogue across the sector.

In parallel, Dornbirn GFC has opened the call for its Innovation Forum, with submissions accepted until April 30, 2026. The forum offers a dedicated platform for innovators to showcase new technologies, materials, processes, and business solutions. During the congress, selected participants will present their developments in the foyer through exhibits, prototypes, roll-ups, or live demonstrations, engaging directly with international experts, decision-makers, and technology leaders.

Participants in the Innovation Forum may also apply for the Dornbirn GFC Innovation Award. Shortlisted applicants will present their innovation in a five-minute pitch, structured around three key questions: the nature of the innovation (What), its relevance and value for the industry (Why), and its level of industrial implementation (How). The award winner will be selected by a professional jury together with the audience.

Selected companies benefit from high-visibility presentation formats, including the Touch Point Exhibition in the congress foyer, Innovation Stage pitches, and direct exchange with international industry stakeholders.

With these formats, Dornbirn GFC provides a visible platform for innovation, exchange, and discussion within the global fiber and textile industry.
