Successful start-up of two fabric inspection machines at Ulmia Stoffe GmbH
The model visoelas-tec has been developed by m-tec Textilmaschinen GmbH in order to effect calibrated measuring of fabrics of the elasticity groups I to IV without the need of special machine adjustment.
SUCCESSFUL START-UP OF TWO FABRIC INSPECTION MACHINES WITH CALIBRATED MEASURING FOR HIGHLY ELASTIC ARTICLES AT ULMIA STOFFE GMBH
The model visoelas-tec has been developed by m-tec Textilmaschinen GmbH in order to effect calibrated measuring of fabrics of the elasticity groups I to IV without the need of special machine adjustment. This applies to firm and little elastic fabrics but also to highly elastic fabrics, and this is unique, up to a K-value of 60x10-2 N/m2 (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt approval mark 1.3/00.14).
Fabric feed at the machine inlet is carried out by means of a special driven transporting system. An intelligent combination of various relaxing and conveying systems takes care that the fabric is transported and measured in a completely relaxed condition.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a touchless measuring device, also unique worldwide regarding calibrated measuring of fabrics of the elasticity group IV.
Fabric feed of the recently supplied machined is from pile or roll. After inspection and measuring the fabric is rolled by means of a two-roller contact batcher arranged behind the operator.
