First VarioFil? Compact System put into operation

The first Barmag VarioFil compact spinning system has been put into operation at the premises of a Turkish customer. Excellent yarn qualities were achieved during the test runs, confirming the innovative technology of the system.

FIRST VARIOFIL COMPACT SYSTEM PUT INTO OPERATION

The first Barmag VarioFil? compact spinning system has been put into operation at the premises of a Turkish customer. Excellent yarn qualities were achieved during the test runs, confirming the innovative technology of the system.

The spun-dyed PP yarns in the titer range of between 300 and 600 den destined for the weaving plant, are produced at a take-up speed of up to 4,500 m/min, whereby the packages excel in terms of further processing as a result of their excellent take-off properties.

The VarioFil compact system, which was launched a good nine months ago and resulted in very good feedback from yarn manufacturers, is the ideal solution for all filament yarn producers who wish to react flexibly to the challenges posed by a dynamic market and provide a large range of products in small batch sizes.
Further VarioFil compact systems are soon to be put into operation in Turkey and Southeast Asia.
