IOAS withdraws GOTS accreditation from Onecert

On 22 December 2021, the IOAS Accreditation Body informed GOTS that OneCert lost its accreditation to GOTS with immediate effect. OneCert has requested IOAS arbitration on this issue. Regardless of any such process, the decision to withdraw accreditation to GOTS Scope remains in effect.

This means that entities certified by OneCert need to migrate to another certification body of their choice. This situation will potentially put their certified entities under some stress. OneCert has been requested to strictly follow Section 4 of the Policy for Change or Migration of Certification Body’.



They will cooperate with other CBs for a smooth transition of business, thereby protecting the rights of GOTS-certified entities.
