Savio showcased the new POLAR/E PREMIUM winder in the Turkish market with a dedicated Open House

The optimum collaboration with Kipaş as technological partner enables Savio to display there the new winding machines. On Nov. 23rd  2013 after the panel discussions during the International Textile Summit, most of the textile manufacturers in Kahramanmaraş has attended to the product launch. There was about 250 people. Yunteks, Oguz, Matesa, Mem, Midas, Elsar, Erdem, Iskur, Minateks, Karacasu, Daroteks, Tusa, Sirikcioglu, Zirve and many of the major companies attended. The benefit to hold the product launch at Kipaş plant is represented to the proximity to the customers. This was an initiative organized to consolidate Savio and its products, its brand and corporate image to the important Turkish market. Turkey is one of the biggest textile markets for Savio, so attention to these customers is fundamental to support their new projects with the most advanced and automated machines.

The days at Kipaş has had a rich program of theoretical and practical presentations and demonstrations of the POLAR/E PREMIUM, where Savio sales staff and technicians were available for each type of information or real-time demonstration.
During the presentation, Savio team and the customers had a lively exchange of information and comments. The machine was showcased in operation. Polar/E Premium  impressed the visitors and convinced them of its unique performance with the recognition  that the adopted solutions could really meet their needs.

Uzbekistan Delegation
At the Kipaş Open House held in Karahmanmaras, Savio also invited an Uzbekistan delegation of the most representative customers, who were also introduced to the latest development of the new machine POLAR E PREMIUM.
The delegation was composed by the following people: Mr Raina Deepak (General Senior of INDORAMA UZBEKISTAN), Mr Rafael Tavkhidov (General Director of UZTEX GROUP), Mr Youkubjon Hudayberdiev (Director of Plasteks), Mr Bahhritdin Muminov (Owner of Baht) and Mr Abdurahman Muminov (General Director of Baht). Those Uzbeki customers collected a lot of new information about POLAR E PREMIUM machine and expressed they favourable future cooperation with Savio company.

POLAR/E PREMIUM free standing winder aims at same winding efficiency of the linked solution
It is indeed recognized that the maximum level of automation on the winding process, is achieved by a direct link of the ring spinning frames to the winder.

The advantages, already well known, through the continuous automatic transfer of the ring bobbins from one machine to the other are:

• yarn quality of the wound package which is preserved being the bobbins prepared and automatically doffed on the ring frames, without any operator handling or loading into separate boxes.
• higher efficiency on winder
• production output flow consistency and timed as a single machine
• minimization of winding room personnel.

Most of customers select the link system solution whenever a new mill has to be set, or in alternative, whenever old ring spinning frames must be substituted.
Savio is proposing an alternative solution at high efficiency also for feeding bobbins with formation defects or even for bobbins not coming from ring frames with automatic doffing. The implemented technical solutions allow almost the same winding efficiency of the “link” solution. POLAR E PREMIUM, has been designed to evenly process those yarn bobbins, whose formation is not originally “favorable” to reach that efficiency, keeping also the minimum number of operators.
