Reifenhäuser Group strengthens China site

Reifenhäuser is one of the largest importers of extrusion systems to China. Ralf Pampus, CEO of Reifenhäuser Plastic Machinery says: “We see great potential for further growth in Asia and especially here in China. Within the next few months we expect the import of 18 extrusion lines of the Reifenhäuser Group. With the new position Mr. Wenger is holding now, we strengthen our presence in China to respond to this development. We want to offer our customers an even higher consulting and service quality. In our opinion, closeness to customers, fast response times and high competence on site is absolutely necessary to attain this goal. For that reason, we are pleased about Mr. Wenger’s additional support in dealing with these issues on site.“ The subsidiary in China was founded ten years ago. Already in April 2013, it was significantly strengthened by an expansion of activities and additional staff. Since that time, the more than 20 employees of the company not only take care of the service but also of the sales in China. Meanwhile, considerable increases in line sales in this region can be reported – mainly for PET applications, barrier films, surface protection films, agricultural films and nonwovens.
