André Imhof, CEO of AUTEFA Solutions Austria, emphasizes: " Sustainability is an important aspect of our commitment. We have also noticed that interest in economical production lines for nonwovens manufacturing continues to grow. We are also seeing a strong trend towards digital transformation, where digital technologies are being used to increase production efficiency and quality. Upgrades and retrofits are also crucial to further improve product quality, operational safety and environmental sustainability.”

The Airlay V21/R - K12 from AUTEFA Solutions offers a versatile solution for processing natural, sustainable and recyclable fibers. The aerodynamic principle ensures three-dimensional fiber orientation and complete randomness. Airlay systems offer the highest product quality, efficiency and reliability by opening the material down to the individual fiber, allowing high flexibility in fiber selection.

In combination with the Stylus needling machine, the HiPerTherm thermobonding oven, and the V-Jet FUTRA spunlace machine, AUTEFA Solutions offers comprehensive nonwoven lines from a single source. Products produced with these lines, including linings, interior panels, cleaning cloths, wet wipes, upholstery materials and insulation, can also be produced in a closed loop concept, where fibers are used up to four times within a single product.

Visit AUTEFA Solutions at CINTE/Techtextil 2024 in Hall E1, Stand A16, to learn more about the innovative technologies.
