LineONE – Smart performance, smart investment at Techtextil 2026

At Techtextil 2026 in Frankfurt (April 21–24, Hall 12, Booth C79), AUTEFA Solutions will present its LineONE concepts for cost-efficient nonwoven production. As a full-line supplier for nonwoven production lines, AUTEFA Solutions covers the entire process chain – from fibre opening through to web bonding. With its LineONE line concepts, the company combines proven technologies into well-balanced, cost-efficient turnkey solutions. These concepts are designed for capacity expansions, modernisation projects and new production lines, offering robust design and high flexibility for applications such as filtration, geotextiles and automotive.

The LineONE machines – in particular the UnilinerONE crosslapper and the Stylus ONE needle loom – are positioned as economical solutions across a wide range of applications and are suited for production upgrades or retrofits.

Stylus ONE

Based on proven Fehrer technology, the Stylus ONE needle loom is designed for weights of up to 1,800 g/m². With speeds of up to 1,500 strokes per minute, it enables high productivity combined with long service life. Maintenance-free gearboxes support efficient operation and help minimise downtime. The system is available in four working widths of up to 6.7 m and can be configured for pre-needling and finishing.

A reference project in the filtration media industry illustrates the concept: Zhejiang Heading Filter Material Co., Ltd. (China) has ordered complete fibre preparation lines, cards and crosslappers, as well as seven Stylus ONE needle looms including winders and end-of-line equipment. Delivery of the systems is currently underway.

Driven by recycling and sustainability trends, airlay applications with natural fibres such as hemp, jute, flax and coconut are gaining importance. In this segment, AUTEFA Solutions offers compact, cost-efficient airlay systems, including the Airlay V12/R and V21/-K 12 web forming machines. These are designed for processing recycled materials, tearing fibres and textile waste, enabling the production of high-quality natural fibre products with moderate investment costs.
