SPINNBAU High-Speed-Card HSP 3-5 RR CP
In December 2002 SPINNBAU GmbH, Bremen delivered the largest roller card ever 5.100 mm working width to TELASIS Tekstil, Istanbul, who will use this card primarily for the production of coverstock material.
SPINNBAU HIGH-SPEED-CARD HSP 3-5 RR CP
The line delivered contains a TRÜTZSCHLER opening and blending system as well as a TRÜTZSCHLER ScanFeed for most homogenous card feeding, too.
The HSP 3.5 RR CP card has got a licker-in with three worker/stripper pairs and five worker/stripper pairs on the main tambour. There are two doffers with a random roller each. Furthermore, a scrambler roller has been installed. Due to SPINNBAU´s random web technology highest production capacity is achieved, even in the fine fibres range. Common product weights are around 17g/m2. Mechanically, the card is designed for web speeds up to 400 m/min. Because of such high speeds, the permeable web transport aprons are sucted from below by the new SPINNBAU FLORJET system. The special design of the web transport to the calender provides minimum draft and shrinkage. This secures a high degree of batt evenness. A special construction leads to highest precision of all web transporting.
In addition, the line contains a efficient card suction an filter device from WIESSNER. Numerous design measures contribute to highest efficiency and minimum down time for maintenance and cleaning. Therefore, suction devices at the side frames and direct roller suction devices have been provided. For better access the individual card segments can be separated for revision and cleaning.
With this new card design for maximum working widths, web speeds, and efficiency SPINNBAU sets a new standard and contributes considerably to the competitiveness of staple fibre technology.
