Various machine gauges
The CP G3 is available with 3 spindle gauges: 450mm, 500mm, 550mm. The spindle gauge of 450mm is suitable for all Tire Cord yarns (PA from 940/1/2 to 2100/1/2dtex and PES from 1100/1/2 to 2200/1/2dtex) with spindle equipment designed for supply bobbins with 10 or 12" traverse and a diameter up to 250mm.
Choice of spindle equipment
In order to meet all customer's requirements, Rieter has a selection of spindle equipment. Small spindles enable high running speeds with low energy consumption while large spindles enable reduced labor costs and to use bobbins directly from extrusion (without rewinding).
User-friendly yarn path
All components have been chosen to ensure state-of-the-art yarn quality processing of PA and PES (HT & HMLS) yarns with no additional parts. This flexibility is highly appreciated by all of our customers.
Easiest handling and maintenance
Our smooth yarn path minimizes yarn damage, reducing the need of frequent cleaning.
The machine has also been designed to reduce maintenance costs, including strong frame and components. Operator efficiency and safety are of course always taken into consideration.
Take-up flexibility
The machine can be equipped optionally with an adjustable take-up, allowing the production of 10 or 12" traverse packages using tubes from 290 to 350mm length on the same machine.
