Lowe’s purchases STAINMASTER® brand from INVISTA

INVISTA has sold the STAINMASTER® brand and certain associated assets to Lowe’s, effective April 21, 2021.

INVISTA continues to make and sell nylon 6,6 carpet fiber to support the flooring markets including residential, commercial and rugs. INVISTA will also retain ownership of its world-leading nylon 6,6 intermediates business, its global nylon polymer and fiber portfolio, and widely recognized brands including ANTRON® and CORDURA®.
