CHT Group publishes Sustainability Report 2019

As an internationally positioned company for specialty chemicals, the CHT Group stands for open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, especially our customers. Our comprehensive sustainability reporting is a prime example of this. The annual edition has now been completed and published for the period January to December 2019.

In it, the CHT Group documents on more than 120 pages all activities with which it has fulfilled its responsibility as a future-oriented and sustainable company in 2019. The report follows the GRI standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in accordance with the core option.

In order to make sustainability in the company clear, the sixth edition is now published exclusively as an e-paper. In digital form, you will find all the key areas of action in the group's sustainability management with regard to the sustainability goals set out in the corporate strategy.

The following KPIs were identified and analysed group-wide:

Personnel indicators, energy and water consumption, emissions and waste. Particularly pleasing here is the Group-wide reduction in specific consumption.

At the heart of the report are the current working topics and developments, which present CHT's commitment to sustainability and innovative strength. They clearly demonstrate the Group's contribution to achieving the sustainable development goals of the United Nations (SDGs).

Within the scope of its membership in the UN-Global Compact Initiative, the CHT Group also complies with the principle "Communication on Process".
