The integration of trusted service partners strengthens relationships with local customers and creates opportunities to collaborate on future product development.

As part of their ongoing commitment to customer-centricity, Loepfe Brothers Ltd. have announced their expansion into China, India and Turkey. The strategic integration of key service partners creates dedicated business units that can provide a local service to customers, while drawing on the international support within the Vandewiele group.

Decades spent as trusted service partners ensures continuity and stability for clients during the integration period, with experienced and knowledgeable staff continuing to provide customer service and technical support. Further, clients will have the opportunity to impact the company’s future product portfolio more directly. Direct feedback will lead to clients being a key part of solution testing and development, and to products being more closely aligned to their needs.

These strategic moves have been undertaken as part of Loepfe’s long-term goal to provide more direct operational and strategic support to customers in the key markets, Turkey, India and China. The Loepfe business units remain independent within the Vandewiele structure.

Rieter Annual General Meeting 2026: Shareholders approve all board proposals

At the Annual General Meeting of Rieter Holding Ltd. held on April 16, 2026, 342 shareholders representing 64.0% of the share capital approved all motions proposed by the Board of Directors. The shareholders adopted the Annual Report as well as the Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements for 2025. They also granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Committee for their activities in the reporting year. In an advisory vote, the 2025 Report on Non-Financial Matters was also approved.

SAHM Winding Solutions and Vandewiele Automation present integrated automation solution for winding processes

For the first time at the Techtextil trade fair in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (21 - 26 April), SAHM Winding Solutions (Hallo 12.0. / Booth 95) and Vandewiele Automation will be showcasing their combined automation expertise for industrial winding processes. Walter Reiners Foundation Prize awarded to three ITA graduates

Sabina Dann, Lukas Balon and Annegret Storm from the Institut für Textiltechnik (ITA) of RWTH Aachen University were awarded the Walter Reiners Foundation Prize by the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) for their master’s and bachelor’s theses. Peter Dornier, Chairman of the Walter Reiners Foundation, presented the awards during Techtextil at the VDMA stand in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
