H&M Group signs the Pakistan Accord on Health and Safety

H&M Group is committed to continue the work towards raising the safety standards in the textile and garment industry, in the markets where they produce. Therefore, as part of the International Accord Steering Committee, H&M Group has signed a new agreement between global brands and trade unions with the aim to further protect the health and safety of garment workers in Pakistan.

This agreement is a legally binding commitment and will, in collaboration with industry stakeholders in Pakistan, continue H&Ms joint efforts on this very important area.
