Zimmer America is gearing up for TechTextil Atlanta!

At the Techtextil North America in Atlanta (USA) the technology and machinery solutions provider for state-of-the-art textile and carpet machinery, including digital printing equipment, Zimmer America will exhibit latest innovations together with their partners Zimmer Austria, Texnology, ICEsonic, Bematic, Bombi and LACOM.

In the center of the presenation on their booth (Booth 2221) stand live demonstartion of the Colaris-NF for Narrow Fabrics, the new Crosslapper X-Series SINTESI by Texnology and the new DRY ICE + abrasive blasting attachment by ICEsonic. 

The modular Colaris Inkjet Printing System by Zimmer Austria is an extremely flexible machine, able to process any fabric from lightweight silk to heavy terry towels. Colaris is designed for highest printing quality with a capacity of several thousand square feet daily. The IS 77S is a popular and effective solution for specific needs. With a unique specially coated, disc-style aluminum air lock, the IS 77S is both reliable and powerful. The aluminum air lock is powered by a VFD controlled 0.75kW electric motor, and also features PLC and 1" filter regulator. Built with high quality engineering, the IS 77S can take up any challenge. DRY ICE + is a module that affixes to any existing ICEsonic dry ice blasting machine that will introduce an abrasive media into the dry ice stream during the cleaning process. 

Zimmer America Corp. will introduce Zimmer Austria who has been developing and producing textile and carpet equipment for generations. Zimmer Austria's product range includes coating, steaming, washing, and drying equipment for textiles and carpet. Zimmer Austria also manufactures state-of-the-art carpet and textile digital printing machinery (digital printing systems, flat screen and rotary screen printing, coating, steaming, washing, and drying).

Zimmer also supplies innovative nonwoven machines for carding, air-lay, needling and crosslapping. Zimmer supplies, installs, and services all machinery and provides custom engineering, after-sales service, and spare parts.

LACOM is a world leader in laminating and coating machines. Duplex laminating and coating machines for simultaneous laminating of three webs are also available. LACOM offers machines that operate via gravure roller, multi-roller, hotmelt, slot die, scatter coat, and dispersion coat to fit the needs of multiple industries, from automotive lining to packing tape.

Bombi also offers: double belt presses, spray bonding ovens, perforated drum ovens, cutting machines, pad stackers, foam machines, chemical applicators, laminating lines,  roll compressors.

Texnology SRL is a forerunner in non-woven technology and a world leader in high speed crosslapper systems, including the new, state-of-the-art X-Series crosslappers.
