Complete solutions with rectification technologies, aprons and cots

Asteks, a leading manufacturer of high-quality and durable aprons and cots, as well as advanced cot grinding machines, UV surface treatment and automation solutions, will participate in ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025, the largest textile machinery fair of the Asian market, between October 28–31. Showcasing its advanced technologies and a selection from its rich product portfolio, Asteks will welcome visitors from international markets at Hall 3, Booth C403. With its R&D-based technologies and solutions labeled “Made in Türkiye,” the company aims to take competition to the next level. On its 36 m² booth, both cot grinding machines and rubber aprons & cots will stand out.

Samples of Asteks aprons and cots—long-lasting and high-performing products manufactured with high-quality rubber raw materials using special techniques—will be displayed at the fair. Throughout the exhibition, Asteks experts will explain to industry professionals the advantages of these essential spinning products. Among the highlights will be the PE751 finisher drawing cot, the HG650 soft segment cot, the CTA carbon-reinforced apron, and the OPS-K compact apron, all of which stand out with high operating performance, contributing positively to yarn quality values and operating costs.

Stars of the Asteks booth: 401-SF&M and UV-305

Developing its grinding technologies in its own R&D unit with Turkish engineering, Asteks will showcase two advanced models at ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore. The next-generation cot grinding machine 401-SF&M and the UV-305 cot surface treatment machine, which operates in combination with it to ensure seamless grinding and cot surface treatment processes, will be at the center of the booth. Both solutions, displayed in operating mode, appeal to textile manufacturers looking to expand their production space with high capacity, high automation, and multifunctionality.

The 401-SF&M cot grinding machine provides significant efficiency advantages to spinning mills with its smart feeding system, enabling bulk feeding and processing of cots at once instead of individual manual feeding. Equipped with an automatic cot control function, its grinding section has a high processing capacity of 400 top rollers (arbours)/hour. By the special processing design and high-tech components, the machine also eliminates downtime with a ready-to-use grinding stone dressing apparatus that ensures easy maintenance.

Configured with servo motors and inverters, the 401-SF&M stands out with high automation, user-friendly features, and an additional unit that allows long cots to be ground independently and simultaneously along with short cots being processed on the other head automatically. Offering two-machine capacity and processing diversity in a single design, the 401-SF&M becomes the ideal solution for users with intense workloads

The Asteks UV-305 cot surface treatment machine also brings new advantages to grinding departments with its smart feeding system and integrated process capability with optional 401 series cot grinding machines. Designed for mills with high spindle capacity, the solution processes cot surfaces using high-performance ultraviolet (UV) irradiation technology, significantly extending cots lifespan and improving performance, by minimising the fibre over lapping.

“All markets, including China, are our target thanks to our competitive products”

Stating that Asteks has been continuously increasing its recognition and strength in growing textile markets as a technology manufacturer, Asteks Marketing and Sales Manager Sabri Ilknur emphasized the importance of ITMA ASIA + CITME, which brings together many regions of Asia. “China in particular, along with India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Pakistan, and many other countries, attracts the textile industry. This exhibition is the most suitable platform for Turkish machinery manufacturers to demonstrate their strength. We are eagerly looking forward to meeting visitors from our target markets at the exhibition in Singapore, strengthening our relations while increasing brand recognition. In addition to directly showcasing two machines and a selection of aprons and cots, we will also present our comprehensive range of cot grinding machines and aprons&cots to visitors with visual effect tools. The Asteks booth will become a hub of serious business discussions,” he said.

Reminding that they have maintained long-term collaborations with hundreds of textile manufacturers in various regions of Asia, Ilknur added that the exhibition would also create opportunities to further strengthen these bilateral relations and increase trust in the brand. He continued: “Despite local and regional political and economic instabilities affecting global trade, as well as fluctuations in tax and customs barriers, the textile industry continues to grow. In the face of these challenges, we expect the exhibition to take place in a positive atmosphere and to establish successful business connections for the upcoming period. As Asteks, we will demonstrate that we provide the best solutions and support through our distributors and representatives in many countries. China, the world’s largest production power, is going through a transformation process and carries great potential for us. We will explore business opportunities with leading manufacturers in the Chinese market. With uncompromising quality and price-competitive products, all markets are our target. Despite the depressive global conjuncture, we had a successful CAITME 2025 in Uzbekistan in September and we believe we will achieve much better results at ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025.”

Visitors to ITMA ASIA + CITME Singapore 2025 will be able to review Asteks’ competitive products and advanced solutions at Hall 3, Booth 403, and receive detailed information from the company’s experts.
