BRÜCKNER Trockentechnik GmbH & Co KG (Germany), specialist for dry textile finishing, is represented on ITMA ASIA 2005 in Singapore. Together with Erbatech GmbH (Germany), a specialist for wet textile finishing, BRÜCKNER will present on a joint booth their respective innovations and their respective range of products (HALL 5, STAND 5C-10).

BRÜCKNER Textile Technologies

BRÜCKNER's Textile Technologies sector will mainly show the new POWER-LINE stenter generation with its innovative entry stand concept, the OPTI-SHRINK sanforizing line and the Pad-Dry / thermosol line.

POWER-LINE stenter with new entry stand concept
The innovative POWER-LINE stenter concept is characterized by a combined fresh air / exhaust air concept with automatic flow control for minimum energy consumption. The advantages: Perfect adaptation of exhaust air and fresh air volume to the drying and heat-setting processes.
The space-saving integration of the OPTI-STRAIGHT weft-straightener into the entry stand leads to an optimal straightening particularly of elastic knitted fabric. With OPTI-STRAIGHT, the fabric is straightened directly before it is pinned on, which leads to the best straightening results. OPTI-SHRINK sanforizing line
The OPTI-SHRINK sanforizing line is an ideal solution for the finishing of woven fabric, Denim and even for some delicate knitted fabric. The advantages: Optimum compacting effect and hence minimum residual shrinkage, maximum production speed with constant fabric quality, optimum and homogenous appearance of the fabric and maximum operational reliability. Come and see on the booth: Exhibit of a rubber belt shrinking unit showing the technological concept.

Pad-Dry / thermosol lines
New COLOR-THERM hotflue dryer: This development stands for an absolutely symmetrical large-volume air circulation system that provides for a uniform dyeing. The large roller diameter and the flexible individual drives of all upper rollers ensure a crease-free low-tension fabric passage.
New infra-red gas dryer INFRA-THERM: This innovation is based on infra-red radiators made of a homogenous and specially sintered metal mesh providing for the dryer's almost instantaneous readiness for operation. The result: maximum productivity and reproducibility.

BRÜCKNER Eco Technologies

In the sector of environmental technologies, BRÜCKNER has decades of experience with cost-reducing systems. The modular range of products comprises ECO-HEAT heat recovery systems and AIR-CLEAN exhaust air purification systems (air scrubbers and electrostatic precipitators). The ECO-HEAT heat recovery systems can be retrofitted to existing stenters without special efforts.
On ITMA ASIA, BRÜCKNER will present the latest development of their Eco Technologies sector - the ECO-HEAT-back-pack, an integrated heat recovery system, installed directly on the stenter. The decisive advantages: Saves space and cost due to short conducts, the connection possibilities of the untreated gas ducts on both sides or on either side, the improved automatic cleaning facility, the simple removal of the modules for regular intense cleaning.

BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies

BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies is specialized in engineering and tailor-made design of lines for textile coating, reverse coating, finishing of floor coverings and finishing of glass fabric / glass mesh fabric. The product program comprises not only complete line concepts but also individual aggregates. BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies participated with its engineering competence already in a great number of international projects.

Come and see on the booth: a model of the DUO-THERM dryer. DUO-THERM is the perfect solution for all thermal treatment processes requiring a differentiation between upper and lower air temperature. It is therefore mainly used in textile and carpet coating lines.
