© 2026 JEC Group
The third edition of JEC Forum organized in Southeast Asia brought together 350+ participants from 22 countries for three active days of high-level Business Meetings, conferences, and networking, emphasizing Southeast Asia’s growing role in the global composites market. Held for the first time in Taipei from 23 to 24 June 2026, following the successful first editions in Bangkok, JEC Forum Southeast Asia 2026 confirmed its position as the region’s leading business platform dedicated to the composites industry.

Organized in partnership with the Taiwan Composites Association (TCA), and in collaboration with the Taiwan Composite Circular Low Carbon Alliance (TCCLA) and SAMPE Taiwan, the JEC Forum brought together 358 participants from 22 countries, including 115 buyers and 54 supplying companies, who conducted more than 800 Business Meetings organized and scheduled via the JEC business meeting platform, an exclusive service provided by JEC at all its Forums worldwide and at JEC World, the annual global leading event of the industry. The event was held with the support of Taiwan Glass Industry Corporation as Main Sponsor and Swancor as Sustainability Sponsor.

“This edition clearly demonstrates that Southeast Asia is becoming one of the world’s fastest-growing composites markets. Taiwan provided the ideal environment to connect manufacturers, suppliers, OEMs, and innovators from across the region. Beyond the impressive figures, what truly made this edition successful was the quality of the discussions and the new business opportunities created. Together with our partners, we are building the reference business platform for the composites industry in Asia,” said Anne-Carole Barbarin, Regional Events Director, JEC.

“The Taiwan Composites Association is proud to have partnered with JEC to host this important regional event. Taiwan has built one of Asia’s most advanced and integrated composites industries, combining innovation, manufacturing excellence, and strong international collaboration. By welcoming the global composites community to Taipei, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering technological innovation, sustainable development, and long-term partnerships across the region,” said Richard Lin, President, Taiwan Composites Association.

A conference program addressing tomorrow’s challenges

Alongside the Business Meetings, the conference program highlighted the latest developments in sustainable composites, mobility, aerospace, industrial applications, and circular economy. Industry leaders, researchers, and technology experts shared market insights, innovative solutions and application case studies, illustrating the rapid transformation of the composites industry throughout Asia.

Networking and exclusive industrial visits

Beyond the formal meetings, networking sessions encouraged meaningful exchanges between executives, researchers and industry experts from across the region. The participants also joined an exclusive Composites Tour on June 25, to AIDC (Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation) and HOCHENG Corporation facilities, providing behind-the-scenes access to Taiwan’s advanced manufacturing facilities and offering first-hand insight into one of the world’s most dynamic composites ecosystems.
