Jeanologia presents its revolutionary HDR at Kingpins China Tour

Denim jeans finished with Jeanologia' s HDR technology (c) 2017 Jeanologia
Jeanologia launches at Kingpins China Tour trade show its revolutionary generation of laser that reduces the marking times up to 30%. The leading Spanish company in sustainable technology for garment finishing has designed and patented the High Dynamic Range (HDR), the new hyperbolic system that simplifies the way of designing, initiating a new era in laser production in the textile industry. Jeanologia will be present at this important denim industry date starting today 4th September in Guangzhou and will continue in Shishi (6th September) and Hangzhou (8th September).

This innovative technology guarantees the designers “What you see is what you get” since Jeanologia’s HDR system increases the contrast of the dynamic tones of the image, obtaining a level of depth closer to reality and thereby achieving a more natural and 3D design. Production using laser will never be the same, HDR has started a new era in the textile industry.

For the last 5 years Jeanologia has focused on innovative solutions to eliminate the polluting processes in jean finishing, developing solutions that have allowed the elimination of PP spray or manual scraping in the textile industry. Now they go a step further, simplifying the way of designing, creating a common language in the industry, saving the designers time, boosting creativity and avoiding second-qualities.

The patent of the High Dynamic Range (HDR) forms part of Jeanologia’s objective to provide global solutions that boost the needed transformation of the denim industry in China towards efficiency and sustainability, allowing them to maintain their world power in jeans production.

“Production costs in China are increasingly more expensive and the southeast Asiatic is becoming a tough competitor. Jeanologia’s technology creates the opportunity to change the industry model, traditionally based on cheap labor, and moves towards a model supported by technology that increases productivity and lowers costs”, indicates Borja Trénor, director of the Asia Pacific division.

“Chinese companies that want to survive the current juncture have to take a technological leap if they want to avoid relocation to countries where the workforce is cheaper and must base this transformation in four basic pillars: efficiency, innovation, speed and ecology” adds the director of the Asia Pacific division.

Jeanologia, expert technology partner for China’s industry

The Spanish company has been in China for over 10 years and is the expert technology partner for the main production centers that seek innovative, creative and ecological products.

Currently 5% of jean production in China has in its DNA Jeanologia technology, both for exportation of top brands such as GAP, H&M, Uniqlo, Levi’s, Primark, Lee, Wrangler or G-Star among others, as well as for national market brands like Jack&Jones China, Meters Bonwe or Peace Bird.

Jeanologia: Leaders in textile technology

Since 1993 their mission has been to create an ethical, sustainable and eco-efficient textile and apparel industry through their disruptive technology and know-how. Their laser, G2 ozone and e-flow system have revolutionized the textile industry.
