Intertextile Beijing Apparel Fabrics at 28th - 30th March 2012

This month, from 28 – 30 March 2012, more than 1,200 suppliers worldwide will present their latest apparel fabrics and accessory collections on 50,000 sqm of trade space at Intertextile Beijing Apparel Fabrics.

+ SalonEurope: European suppliers cover 5,000 sqm of trade space in halls 2 & 3

+ Milano Unica pavilion brings Italy’s most prestigious textile and accessory companies

SalonEurope, a special area grouping high quality fabric producers from Germany (13 exhibitors), Italy (105 exhibitors), Spain (1 exhibitors), Switzerland (3 exhibitors), Turkey (9 exhibitors) and the UK (6 exhibitors), will for the first time feature a wide selection of quality products made 100% in Portugal. Also new to Intertextile Beijing Apparel is the Milano Unica pavilion located within the SalonEurope in hall 2.

“The Intertextile brand is very well known and we trust Messe Frankfurt,” commented Portugal Pavilion organiser: Associacao Selectiva Moda, a group created to promote the Portuguese textiles sector and fashion industry on an international scale. “European made products market in China is growing, so this is a great opportunity to showcase our high quality, innovative designs, products and services.

To date the debut pavilion will comprise of Arco Textis SA, Lemar Larndro Magalhaes De Arauji (Filhos) Lda, Riopele Texteis SA, Somelos Tecidos SA and Troficolor Texteis SA.  Products vary from light to medium weight cottons, linen blends, and various compositions of Poliester Çeramica®, plus many more quality made materials.

 

Somelos Tecidos, a return exhibitor but first time Portugal pavilion participant offers a wide collection of top quality fabrics for shirting’s for fashion oriented and trend setter buyers. “It’s essential for us to be present within a global image portraying Portugal’s culture and values,” noted Sales Manager, Ms Joana do Bem.

Although new to the fair, Mr Flavio Dias from Troficolor agreed with Ms do Bem’s sentiments. “In addition to our quality Portugal craftsmanship, we’re hoping that our flexibility – from prompt service to programmed production, from small to large quantity orders and from delicate fabrics to heavy constructions will attract a range of sportswear fashion producers.”

 

Intertextile Beijing Apparel Fabrics takes place from 28 – 30 March 2012 and is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the Sub-council of Textile Industry, CCPIT, and the China Textile Information Centre.
