INTERSPARE takes over several parts of Moenus

Effective from November 1rst, 2007, the INTERSPARE from Reinbek (Germany) has got all rights of the brand names ARTOS, BABCOCK (BTM), FAMATEX, HAAS, KRANTZ and STENTEX with all the patents, licenses and technical documentation together with stock of spareparts from the Moenus, Gera (Germany).

Per this day INTERSPARE is the contact in all questions of distribution of spare parts central from Reinbek.

Mr. Polchow speaks about the circumstances and the value of the deal, the future strategy of INTERSPARE and the integration of the well-known brands.
