DIENES Apparatebau GmbH and Rauschert GmbH enhance mutual cooperation

Due to the success of previous collaborations between DIENES Apparatebau GmbH and Rauschert GmbH, both partners have made the decision to extend their cooperation.
Thanks to joint technical developments and improved project coordination, DIENES Apparatebau GmbH shows a positive trend and expects a good business performance for 2017. The most recent orders for plant engineering services by a big Chinese corporation and a German institute confirm the strategic orientation of DIENES Apparatebau GmbH to concentrate on its expertise in highly flexible prototype and lab systems for the production of synthetic fibers. Both companies decided to work closely together to offer customers continuation with strong services through the combination of each partner’s competences and the use of existing synergies in the market of synthetic fibers. The „godet“ division will hereafter be managed by both companies. In the course of this collaboration DIENES Apparatebau GmbH focuses on engineering and sales while Rauschert GmbH takes over mechanical manufacturing.

The cooperation between DIENES Apparatebau GmbH and the international production network of the Rauschert Group, consisting of more than 1.200 qualified employees in 14 countries, ensures economical and cost-efficient production of the highest quality for entire spinning plants as well as for standard and special high performance godets. This focus of DIENES Apparatebau GmbH on the development and engineering of prototype and lab lines for the production of synthetic fibers in combination with Rauschert’s professional competence in component production and project management guarantees customized solutions and contract processing of the highest quality.
