Bräcker, Graf, Novibra, Suessen had enriching and fruitful discussions at Shanghaitex

Suessen presented the new compact spinning system EliTe®Advanced (c) 2015 Suessen
From June 15 – 18, 2015, Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen presented in Shanghai their newly developed Premium Components. Through the competent performance of the sales team and the comprehensive display of premium products, the visitors were able to see and experience the difference of the premium products from Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Suessen.
Bräcker presented the latest two new spinning rings redORBIT und OPAL®. The redORBIT and the OPAL® rings are the answers to the demands of today’s fast paced spinning industry, where the spinning mills have to work with very tight cost control, whilst adapting quickly to the ever faster changing markets.

Graf as always set the quality standard in the field of card clothing and combing articles. The advanced clothing magnifier provided the opportunity to visually demonstrate the precision of the well-proven Graf card clothings. The numerous visitors could thus be convinced of the high-quality products first-hand.

Novibra, the leader in spindle technology and the only 100% in-house spindle maker presented their wide range of spindles. The high-speed spindle and modern clamping crown CROCOdoff attracted attention during the exhibition. As the quality demand for textile components is increasing faster than ever before, the products from Novibra presenting the highest quality of spindle are becoming more and more popular in China.

Suessen presented the new compact spinning system EliTe®Advanced for short staple fibres and the Top Weighting Arm HP-GX 4010plus for roving frames. The outstanding features impressed the visitors. They were extremely interested in the possible savings in energy, consumables and maintenance effort as well as in the increased yarn production, lower ends-down rates and improved yarn quality parameters provided by the new system.

Rieter Annual General Meeting 2026: Shareholders approve all board proposals

At the Annual General Meeting of Rieter Holding Ltd. held on April 16, 2026, 342 shareholders representing 64.0% of the share capital approved all motions proposed by the Board of Directors. The shareholders adopted the Annual Report as well as the Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements for 2025. They also granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the Group Executive Committee for their activities in the reporting year. In an advisory vote, the 2025 Report on Non-Financial Matters was also approved.

For the first time at the Techtextil trade fair in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (21 - 26 April), SAHM Winding Solutions (Hallo 12.0. / Booth 95) and Vandewiele Automation will be showcasing their combined automation expertise for industrial winding processes. Under the motto “Combining Automation. Maximizing Flow”, the two companies will demonstrate how automated package handling and robot-assisted yarn knotting can be integrated into a continuous production flow.
