NEUENHAUSER MASCHINENBAU - ITMA PREVIEW
Since Neuenhauser has to offer products for spinning and weaving mills, it always has been difficult to find the right location for the booth at exhibitions.
Now contrary to the previous participations at ITMA, when Neuenhauser?s booth was located in the weaving section, this time the main booth (Hall 2, Booth SP2-2D) will be in the spinning section.
A satelite booth (W12-1A) in the weaving hall will inform the vistors about the main booth in the spinning sector, where all products will be exhibited.
Neuenhauser will show the latest developments in off-loom fabric winding technology. Beside a surface winding batching motion with a new press roller a further developed model of the successful CenterWinder ZW will be exhibited. The CenterWinder ZW with a new fabric tension control and integrated automatic fabric inspection is used for winding of very large rolls up to 1800 mm diameter, which cannot be wound on surface winders.
The unit offers also a new logistic concept by means of winding on a separate frame. This so called A-frame can be used as a transport and storage vehicle as well, which avoids additional handling of the fabric roll.
In the field of factory automation Neuenhauser will demonstrate it?s wide range of products from spinning can transport up to package handling and packing.
For the technical yarn sector a completely new developed automatic doffer for BCF yarns will be exhibited. Furthermore the latest model of the package quality test station Check?n?Flow can be seen. It is a improved version of the model, which was successfully launched at the ITMA in Paris four years ago.
Neuenhauser?s booth will be next to the booth of Sohler-Neuenhauser GmbH & Co. KG. Both companies work closely together and have the same worldwide agency network. This union will be demonstrated by a impressive common booth design.
