OUTLOOK™, the world’s premier nonwovens personal care & hygiene products conference reinvents itself!

(c) 2020 EDANA
EDANA, the leading global association serving the nonwovens and related industries today announced that OUTLOOK™ 2020 taking place on 23-25 September 2020, will go online. OUTLOOK™ 2021 will be held in Lisbon at the Corinthia Hotel on 21-23 April 2021.

OUTLOOK™, the nonwovens personal care, hygiene & wipes products conference is the place to be if you are active in those businesses. For the last 15 years OUTLOOK™ has gathered hundreds of professionals annually around high-level, thought provoking presentations, panels and workshops, while providing a unique networking setting for the whole value chain.

In the last couple of months, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many of us to change the way we work, think and interact with each other. As an association committed to consistently provide the best services to its members and the industry in general, we have worked hard the past weeks and stepped out of our comfort zone to come up with creative solutions for our events.

  • OUTLOOK™ 2020 will take place from 23 to 25 September 2020 via an online platform. Each day a 3-hour webinar will feature an outstanding programme with keynotes speeches, presentations, Q&A and discussions. The recent development in the different nonwoven applications contributing directly in the fight against COVID-19, the industry’s efforts and the long-term plans regarding the European Union supply will also be part of the programme. The Whova app will be offered to allow maximum interaction and networking among participants.
  • OUTLOOK™ 2021 will take place in Lisbon at the Corinthia Hotel on 21-24 April 2021, featuring a new session on healthcare and medical developments, a sector in which the role of nonwovens has been highlighted during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Those dates in Spring were chosen to allow enough time between the conference and INDEX™20, the leading nonwovens exhibition, that has been rescheduled to 7 – 10 September 2021.

Registration will be open next week with a special package for people registering for both OUTLOOK™ 2020 and OUTLOOK™ 2021.
