At ITM 2026 in Istanbul, Marzoli will place a strong focus on spinning mill modernization, presenting retrofitting and reengineering solutions designed to improve efficiency, extend machine lifetime and maximize the value of existing assets.

Exhibiting in Hall 7, Booth 709B, the company will showcase its latest technologies under the claim “Designed to Impact.” Central to the presentation is the concept “Don’t Replace, Repower,” which reflects a growing industry trend towards upgrading installed machinery rather than replacing entire production lines.

According to Marzoli, modernization projects can range from the replacement of individual components to comprehensive upgrades involving electronics, automation systems, IIoT connectivity, software and next-generation HMI solutions. The objective is to improve productivity, reliability and sustainability while reducing investment requirements and environmental impact.

“This approach reflects our commitment to help customers increase efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and optimize investments by enhancing the durability, reliability, and productivity of installed machinery. With our expertise in textile engineering, mechatronics, automation, and digital technologies, today we are able to deliver modular solutions that can range from the replacement of a single critical component or spare part to comprehensive upgrades involving electronics, IIoT connectivity, software and new - generation HMI systems", says Cristian Locatelli, General Manager of Marzoli.

Alongside its retrofit solutions, Marzoli will present technologies for spinning and nonwoven applications. The company’s integrated spinning approach covers the entire production line and is designed to improve process continuity, automation and operational efficiency. Dedicated solutions for linen and wool processing further expand the application range.

In the nonwovens sector, Marzoli will highlight customized production lines for wipes, disposable products and medical applications. The company is also extending its expertise to the processing of alternative natural fibers, including linen, hemp and viscose, responding to growing demand for more sustainable raw materials.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to examine yarns and fabrics produced with Marzoli technologies, demonstrating applications ranging from denim and luxury textiles to technical textile products.
