#ITM 2024

UCMTF members will present latest solutions that address the main trends

ITM 2024 is a great opportunity to meet in person, at the highest level, to find and offer the best solutions. Of course, there are some main trends: sustainability, raw materials, energy and water savings, recycling, digitalization, cloud computing, artificial Intelligence, cost efficiency etc. Another main trend for UCMTF members is act as a local partner wherever the customers are located.

UCMTF’s members at ITM Exhibition 2024:

AESA Air Engineering

AESA Air Engineering, worldwide specialist of the air conditioning for textile factory, is entering full speed the new digital world, offering the latest generations of monitoring systems allowing remote control and energy optimization.

Automation from the room condition to the waste collection, waste separation, and conditioning, Flexicontrol for optimized power consumption adjusted to required conditions. Monitoring allowing preventive maintenance through predictive analysis and alarm system, AESA focuses on predefine pattern for optimizing the room control system and anticipation of the room fluctuation and optimizing consumption through inverter drive system.

DOLLFUS & MULLER

Dollfus & Muller is constantly improving the compacting felts for knit finishing with major evolutions in order to serve better the dyeing houses. It brings a special care to the fabrics thanks to its smoothest surface, has an excellent guiding and the best compacting rate.

DIENES at Techtextil 2026: Flexible pilot lines for bio-based fiber development

The growing relevance of bio-based materials in technical textiles is accompanied by increasing demands for reproducibility, high-quality data, and scalable process routes. Especially when working with cellulose and its derivatives, chitosan, lignin-based approaches, or bio-based PAN as a carbon-fiber precursor, R&D teams face variable feedstock quality, tighter process windows, and the need for reliable comparability across trials. This calls for flexible, data-driven experimental setups that can be reconfigured efficiently when recipes, solvents, and raw-material batches change.
