Stäubli at the ITMA Asia + CITME 2012

On its booth Stäubli (Hall E3, Booth E01) will be showing a selection of its most modern products of the complete textile machinery range. This includes cam motions, dobbies, and electronic Jacquard machines with harnesses, weaving preparation systems with automatic warp drawing-in, leasing and warp tying machines.

On the same booth Group member Schönherr presents its lately developed exclusive carpet samples, including the ones manufactured with Multi Weft Selector, produced on the ALPHA 400 carpet-weaving machine. On separate booth A30 in Hall E5 Group member DEIMO will exhibit state-of-the-art electronic drives and control solutions mainly for textile machines. Products to be seen on the booth are:

Two complete Jacquard installations on weaving machines will be demonstrated at the booth. The first one is equipped with a type LX3202 with 12288 hooks producing tapestry and upholstery fabric on a 180 cm wide rapier weaving machine. The second is the new type SX electronic Jacquard machine with 2688 hooks weaving terry towel fabric on a 260 cm wide rapier weaving machine. As usual at the Stäubli booth both these machines can be seen from the second floor of the two storey booth building to have a detailed look at the working Jacquard units. The full range of Stäubli harness types will be shown with a type DX Jacquard machine for any standard application on a demonstration stand.

New rotary dobby type 3060

 

CX 182 type Jacquard machine for weaving narrow fabrics such as ribbons and labels will be shown with 192 hooks and harness with 4 repeats. For the first time in China the new developed dobby type 3060 can be seen. This new generation of rotary dobbies opens new areas of performance and reliability. 

To complete the picture of the Stäubli shedding systems the refined positive cam motion type 1681, the negative cam motion type S1352 as well as the universal positive rotary dobby type 2658 are being demonstrated at the booth. Weaving preparation systems will present the mobile automatic drawing-in machine SAFIR S30, successfully introduced now in several filament mills in China. Furthermore the warp-tying machines MAGMA for coarser yarn counts, and proven TOPMATIC for standard application, and multilayer leasing machine OPAL for leasing a 1:1 lease in warps with up to 8 layers including colour detection will be demonstrated.

Stäubli Group member DEIMO (Hall E5, Booth A30) is showing servo motors, electronic control solutions, input/output devices, and related programming tools. DEIMO will also show its recently developed state-of-the-art controller DC1 that is being used to control Stäubli name Jacquard heads.
