Speaking of terry fabrics: How does the TM 4 stand the test in the market?

As far as cleaning textiles and terry fabrics are concerned, the company Suzhou Top Clean Co., LTD. offers clean solutions. The enterprise was established in 2010 and is located in the Jiangsu Province. It produces fluffy textiles made of microfiber in an extremely wide range of articles – the right product in the right design and presentation for every application and for every taste.

For example: cloths, rags and hemp shoes for cleaning glass, cars, floors and suede. Moreover, the company also manufactures a series of textiles for the equipment of cleaning mops but also shower caps, table mats, kerchiefs and spa towels in subdued colours. Altogether ten different kinds of superfine fiber warp-knitted and weft-knitted fabrics belong to the portfolio of Suzhou Top Clean. Besides, it is also fun to use these textiles due to their well-thought-out properties. The products made by Suzhou Top Clean are soft, extremely absorbent and durable – and even more, they also have an attractive look. No matter whether lattice pattern or stripe pattern, 3D honeycomb designs or printed structures, the fashioning of the microfiber articles provides everything that modern textile technology has to offer. The factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters, operating with state-of-the-art machinery. At present the company has around 200 well-trained, experienced staff members and ten professional technicians.

TM 4 machine – a competitive edge Suzhou Top Clean Co., LTD. offers a high in-house production depth. From product development via warp preparation and fabric manufacture up to making-up and quality assurance, the entire production chain takes place in the own company.

The products are also intended for foreign customers. Main buyers of the microfiber knitted goods are Japan and Korea, but above all the economically powerful nations in Europe and America – in other words: markets focusing on quality and innovation. In order to be able to cater for its customers’ high demands, Suzhou Top Clean relies on high-tech machinery. In December 2011 the enterprise installed a tricot machine type TM 4 T supplied by KARL MAYER, and in September 2012 there followed another tricot machine equipped with EL guide bar control system. The articles made on these innovative machines have been arousing a lot of interest on the international market. Typical features of these products are they exceptionally high quality and a wide variety of applications and styles. „By means of KARL MAYER’s machines we are able to further improve our product level and enhance our competitiveness“, explained Zhu Rongfeng, „Our company is working closely with KARL MAYER. We not only benefit from KARL MAYER’s highly efficient machines but we also cooperate in the development and market introduction of new products. It is our main aim to extend our high-end segment“, said the managing director. In the future, too, he wants to further strengthen his cooperation with KARL MAYER.
