IFCO 2026 has started today: Istanbul’s fashion expertise as a global business platform linking design, production, and trade

Around 450 exhibitors from all segments of the fashion industry are presenting their latest collections to more than 30,000 trade visitors from over 125 countries—ranging from womenswear, menswear, kidswear, eveningwear, lingerie, underwear, denim, shoes and accessories to homewear.


The Core Istanbul showcases a curated selection of 22 leading Turkish designers, including internationally renowned names such as Özlem Süer, Mehtap Elaidi, Emre Erdemoğlu, and Ceren Ocak—bringing creative design to the global stage.

Strong womenswear, menswear, and kidswear segments, alongside specialized areas such as Fashionist, IFCO Kids, and the newly integrated Linexpo, highlight the breadth, production expertise, craftsmanship, and market strength of the Turkish apparel industry.

A leading international visitor profile with a clear B2B focus: international buyers and decision-makers from major fashion companies and retail groups such as Paul Smith (UK), Tara Jarmon (FR), Perry Ellis Europe (UK), and Namshi (UAE) attend IFCO.

A high-caliber seminar and trend program in cooperation with the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA) features expert talks and panels on macro trends for Spring/Summer 2027/28, sustainable growth, digital transformation, and the use of AI in the fashion industry.

In February, Istanbul once again becomes an international hub for the fashion industry. From February 4 to 7, 2026, IFCO – Istanbul Fashion Connection opens its doors for the ninth time at the Istanbul Expo Center, uniting the creative design vision and industrial strength of the Turkish apparel industry on a globally oriented business platform.

With around 400 exhibiting companies across six halls, 30,000 expected visitors and buyers from 125 countries, IFCO 2026 offers a comprehensive overview of all segments of the apparel industry—from womenswear, menswear, and kidswear to eveningwear, lingerie, and denim. International B2B meetings and a strong buyer profile underline the fair’s role as a central sourcing and order platform connecting Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Since its launch, IFCO – Istanbul Fashion Connection has developed into one of Europe’s most internationally relevant fashion and ordering platforms. Across the editions from 2022 to 2025 (February and August), the fair has brought together 3,340 exhibitors and more than 210,000 trade visitors from 165 countries—demonstrating impressive reach and growth. These figures underscore IFCO’s dynamic development and its rising importance as an international business platform that sustainably connects Turkish design and production expertise with global markets.

IFCO Exhibitors: Design expertise at international quality level

Highlights include The Core Istanbul (Hall 7), which connects international buyers with a curated selection of 22 Turkish designers—including Özlem Süer, Mehtap Elaidi, Emre Erdemoğlu, and Ceren Ocak—and translates creative design into commercial potential. This is complemented by the Brands Area, featuring established labels such as İpekyol, Jimmy Key, Kiğılı, Twist and Panço.

Another key element is Fashionist (Hall 5), the signature area for evening, bridal, and occasionwear, where leading brands such as Carmen, Serabella, Maxra Govana, Lacrima, and Doridorca present the high level of craftsmanship and design diversity of Turkish occasionwear. IFCO Kids (Hall 8) highlights innovative, sustainable, and design-driven collections for children’s and babywear with a growing number of exhibitors including Incity, Katamino, Loco Loco Kids, and Escabel Kids. Appearing for the first time under the IFCO umbrella, Linexpo (Hall 6) serves as a comprehensive platform for lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, and loungewear, featuring well-known brands such as Monomisse, Elsima, Anıl, and Artış Collection.
