DyStar announces price increases for textile dyes
DyStar has announced price increases of up to ten percent for its textile dyes. The new prices take effect on September 1, 2006. Customers will be notified personally by the sales organisation of the increases applicable to the products they purchase.
DyStar is forced to take this step as the continued increase in the price of energy and raw materials can no longer be offset by cost savings and efficiency improvements. As this cost pressure has intensified in recent months, DyStar has been left with no alternative but to raise prices.
