CHT/ BEZEMA presents innovative finishes at Index 2014

Nonwovens are nowadays highly innovative materials, which are used in many consumer and industrial products. Often, specific characteristics are demanded which can be only achieved through finishing, coating or lamination of the nonwovens.

The CHT/ BEZEMA Group offers an interesting product portfolio for customized performance of nonwovens, which meets different requirements and can be applied in versatile areas – starting from Medtech and Protech up to Mobiltech and Buildtech.

Faster, higher, stronger – this is valid for nonwovens which are produced with production speed up to 1.000 m/min having a weight of 10 gr/m² or less. The CHT/Bezema group offers under the brand DURON unique spin finishes for manufacturing of the same with functionalizing properties for the ever growing requirements of the industry.

DURON OF 4012, time tested spin finish, e.g. ensures fast, all over wetting of the application roll and instantaneous all over transfer from application roll to spunbond. This is the need for optimal moisture management by hydrophilic polyolefinic nonwoven used as coverstock. DURON SL 4069 is the answer to additional requirements in terms of food contact. For application on coverstock material it remains nonionic and siliconefree.
