New date for Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair and Hong Kong Fashion Week

After the organiser’s consultation with industry representatives and key stakeholders, the HKTDC Hong Kong Houseware Fair, Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair and Hong Kong Fashion Week have been rescheduled from 20-23 April 2022 to 27-30 April 2022, to be held alongside the HKTDC Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

"We hope the concurrent running of these related events will provide synergy for both exhibitors and buyers by offering a convenient one-stop marketing and sourcing platform," a speaker stated.

Dual record participation, sleep and sustainability in focus as Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles concludes for spring

Spring Edition 2026 concluded on 13 March at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), achieving record highs in both exhibitor and visitor numbers. YKK Corporation has developed a concept version of its premium EXCELLA® zipper series made from nonwoven fabric sheets created by fiberizing used clothing and other textile materials. Based on a proposal by fashion designer Yuima Nakazato, this item was created as a result of collaboration between Nakazato, Seiko Epson Corporation and YKK.
