Mahlo technology for Uzbekistan
CAITME unites Central Asian Textile Industry
At booth B40, Area Sales Manager Adnan Andac welcomes expert visitors that are interested in making their production processes more effective and increase the product quality at the same time. “Uzbekistan is one of the most important cotton producers worldwide. For the different productions tasks – from apparel over household textiles and carpets – Mahlo offers individual system solutions”, Andac explains.
At CAITME, he therefore presents weft straightening technology like the Orthopac RVMC-15, energy saving concepts such as the process control for stenters Optipac VMC or the quality control system Qualiscan QMS. The Orthopac RVMC-15 is a modular straightening and process control system available throughout the entire process of textile outfitting. It combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.
It automatically ensures a straight-thread product before and after the drying or fixing process and optimizes the processes all around the stenter. The Optipac VMC- 15 measures and controls critical process parameters such as dwell time, thread density, residual moisture, basis weight and exhaust air humidity.
Mahlo is looking forward to contribute actively to the growing trade cooperation and exports of textile goods in the Central Asian country. They see great potential in the textile industry. A survey conducted by the Eastern committee of German economy assesses this similarly. 84 percent of the respondents are positive about future development of the business climate.
