X-Rite appoints Antoine Preisig as General Manager for EMEA Region

Proven track record in international general management brings added value to X-Rite leadership team.
X-Rite Incorporated, a global leader in color science and technology, and its subsidiary Pantone LLC, today announced that Antoine Preisig has joined X-Rite Pantone as General Manager for the EMEA region. Preisig is responsible for managing the company’s EMEA business across all of the industries and product lines as well as developing business strategies for the region. He is based in Regensdorf, Switzerland and reports directly to Ron Voigt, President of X-Rite Pantone. “We are thrilled to have Antoine as part of our team,” said Voigt. “He brings to X-Rite more than 25 years of international general management experience building high performance organizations across a range of industries. His deep understanding of the business needs in the region and expertise in engineering, information technology, marketing and sales make him ideally suited to lead X-Rite’s EMEA operations as we expand our presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.” Prior to joining X-Rite, Preisig spent four years as the CEO of EMS Dental, where he was responsible for growing the company’s global dental business. His responsibilities included management of product strategy, research & development, sales, marketing, after-sales support and quality control as well as various manufacturing sites. Preisig has also held senior leadership positions at Logitech and Dell Computers. “I am looking forward to leading the X-Rite Pantone team in EMEA,” said Preisig. “X-Rite Pantone is extremely diverse in the industries it serves. Not only does the company have market-leading products, but it is the only company in its segment that can provide a complete end-to-end color management workflow for its customers. The X-Rite Pantone team has a great deal of talent that will, through innovation, continue to keep the company ahead of its competition.”

Preisig has been educated in Electrical Engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne and trained in leadership and marketing management at IMD. He is fluent in German, Swiss German, Swiss French and English.
