Officina39 is proud to announce its participation in the first Denimsandjeans Egypt edition, a landmark event taking place on February 2-3 in Cairo. Marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion, this debut reinforces Officina39’s commitment to driving sustainable and technological growth in one of the most dynamic and promising regions for the textile and denim industry.

Egypt has rapidly emerged as a key sourcing hub, thanks to its rich history in textiles, strategic position connecting Europe, Africa, and Asia, and its growing emphasis on innovation and sustainability. Officina39’s presence at Denimsandjeans Egypt is driven by a clear vision: to support this transformation with solutions that combine Italian creativity, advanced chemistry, and a steadfast commitment to sustainability.

“This event is an incredible opportunity to connect with forward-thinking players in Egypt’s textile and denim industries,” says Andrea Venier, Managing Director Officina39. “We see a market that’s ready to embrace not just innovation but a new way of thinking about production: one that places sustainability, efficiency, and transparency at the center. We are here to contribute to this process, with our Trustainable mindset and technologies”

In fact, Officina39 is not just a supplier of chemical solutions but a true partner for change, working side by side with manufacturers, brands, and industry leaders to reimagine processes and push the boundaries of what’s possible in denim and fashion production. Officina39’s approach to innovation is rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges the industry faces today: from reducing water and energy consumption to responding to the growing need for circularity through the replacement of processes that are harmful to the environment and people. These themes resonate strongly with the Egyptian market, which is increasingly focused on adopting solutions that balance tradition with modernity, scaling production while lowering environmental impact.

By connecting its solutions to Egypt’s expanding manufacturing capabilities, Officina39 aims to support local producers in adopting sustainable, scalable technologies that meet the demands of global brands while respecting the planet. Prominent among these, of course, are the cornerstones of Officina39's portfolio, such as the circular dyeing obtained mechanically from pre- and postconsumer textile scraps, Recycrom®, and the products of the Aqualess Mission line, which require no water to create vintage, bleaching and abrasion effects on denim. These are joined by the latest innovations: EASYNDIGO, an indigo garment dyeing system powered by Blueconnection’s prereduced indigo and an innovative sodium Hydrosulphite substitute; ZERO PP, an environmentally friendly alternative to Potassium Permanganate; and MARVEL COATING, a versatile new coating line that creates distinctive effects on denim and other fabrics.

Egypt’s potential to become a world-leading sourcing destination is undeniable, and Officina39 is ready to contribute its expertise to accelerate this transformation.
