The Malaysian heavyweight Ramatex Textiles Industrial has ordered a large installation of Zinser compact ring spinning machines. The decisive factor for placing this big order with Schlafhorst was a tailor-made process know-how, winning the customer over with maximum quality and productivity.

8 roving frames Zinser 670 supply the 50,400 compact ring spinning spindles of the Zinser 351 Impact FX directly via the FlexFlow roving bobbin transport system. The Zinser 351 Impact FX with CoWeMat 395 V are directly linked with the 30 Autoconer X5.

This fully automatic process design ensures optimal yarn quality all the way to application-optimized package production. The premium quality yarns and packages are used in the in-house knitting mills, resulting in knitted fabrics with first class characteristics.

The machine package is rounded off with the information system Plant Operation Center (POC), which records all production and quality data online. The operating processes can be quickly and efficiently optimized. Ramatex Textiles Industrial was founded in 1990 and is one of the leading companies of the Malaysian textile industry. The fully integrated company has plants in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Cambodia. In addition to achieving the highest level of textile quality requirements, Ramatex is contributing to sustainability by supporting environmental protection, low energy consumption and waste prevention.
