International promotional activities for ITM 2016 exhibition were in full spate

International promotional activities for ITM 2016 continued in Istanbul and Italy/Milan in November. Accordingly, there were signboards for ITM 2016 exhibition all around Istanbul Atatürk Airport, from entrance to international departures and arrivals, between November 10 and 25, 2015.
Additionally, ITM 2016 signs took place on 60 different points at Italy-Milan underground entrances and exits and 50 separate points at Milan-Malpensa Airport. This campaign receiving positive reactions from ITM 2016 Exhibition participants.

And of course it should remember textile people of Turkey and Eurasia that ITM 2016 will be the best opportunity to watch or watch again the innovations from leading textile machinery manufacturers presented at ITMA 2015 in Milan. ITM 2016 will be the place to explore latest models in operation and to discuss unexplained and special questions.Textile people, who didn' t find the possibility to travel to ITMA will have best insights in all the developments and new machines for more efficiency and productivity.

"Master the art of sustainability" was the motto of the ITMA and ITMA showed that sustainability is an important topic for every textile company all over the world. This is another reason why the ITM 2016 fair has such a great importance: visitors will get latest first-hand information from exhibitors about investments in more sustainable technology and will get advice to become more sustainable.

Commission clarifies rules on plastic bottles recycling

The European Commission today adopted new rules on recycling of single-use plastic beverage bottles made primarily of polyethylene terephthalate (PET bottles). These rules establish, for the first time, a methodology to calculate, verify and report chemically recycled content. This is part of the Commission’s December 2025 plastics package.
