FESPA accommodation partner Events in Focus makes hotel selection and travel planning easy

London offers visitors to FESPA 2013 a huge variety of accommodation options (c) 2012 FESPA
Printers all over the world who are planning to make FESPA in London their print destination in 2013 can count on an easy hotel finder service delivered by FESPA's accommodation partner, Events in Focus.

As a major world city, London offers visitors to FESPA 2013 (25-29 June 2013) a huge variety of accommodation options. There are hundreds of rooms in all categories immediately around the ExCEL exhibition centre. The World Heritage area of Greenwich is now readily accessible from ExCEL via the new Emirates cable car across the Thames, while other exciting and visitor-friendly areas of the city are within easy reach via the DLR and London underground network.

A simple click on 'Accommodation' within the Travel and Accommodation tab on the FESPA 2013 web site will invite the visitor to complete a form with their travel dates. From there, they can quickly determine room availability and costs for a pre-selection of recommended hotels. For more complex needs, Events in Focus can use its expertise in travel management for international events to help visitors from anywhere in the world find accommodation during FESPA in a suitable location and at a price point that suits them.

"When it comes to accommodation, London truly has something for everyone, from luxe design hotels to budget rooms", says FESPA Marketing Manager Lynda Sutton. "Latest data indicates that London has one of the most comprehensive accommodation offerings of any world city. We appreciate that overseas exhibition visitors may not have the time or resources to search for the right solution themselves, and that the geography of a major city can be confusing. Events in Focus can do the legwork for them."

In addition to finding accommodation, Events in Focus can also provide FESPA visitors with ground transportation and a meet and greet service at nearby airports, as well as additional services such as arranging meeting rooms and theatre tickets.
