The German supplier of high quality spare parts and producer of tenter frames is to exhibit for the first time at the German joint communal stand at Tecnotextil from 15 to 18 April in Sao Paulo. INTERSPARE (stand 140/08) intends to participate in the meanwhile most important trade fair for textile machines in Brazil to maintain its longstanding business relationships in Brazil and South America and to introduce itself to other companies in the significant Brazilian textile industry.

Textile companies that use finishing machines by Artos (Babcock, Famatex), Krantz, Stetex (Textima) in their production have an excellent opportunity to inform themselves on innovative modifications to their machinery by visiting the INTERSPARE stand at Tecnotextil. Such modifications lead for example to enhanced results in energy efficiency. Not only is greater productivity achieved but also an improvement in the environmental record - very important for the sustainability strategies of textile producers and for satisfying the increasing demands of major brands and retailers.

New machinery is available from the Krantz, Artos and Stentex brands

Besides modifications to existent machinery INTERSPARE is also able to offer the complete supply of new machinery as a result of the expansion of production capacity in Germany. Companies planning investment in tenter frames or dryers can convince themselves of the advantages of the state-of-the art machinery at the INTERSPARE stand . The Krantz K30 tenter frame for example is known for its optimal reproductivity of processes owing from its uniform high temperature as well the assurance of low maintenance and a lubricant-free chain.

Dirk Polchow, chief executive of INTERSPARE will be at the stand to personally inform visitors on spare parts, modifications and new machinery.

He considers South America and especially Brazil is a very important growth market.

Polchow explains: ‘We have already conducted excellent business in Brazil and South America over the last few years. Quality and price for our spare parts are held in high regard by the South American textile industry. A number of textile companies and some of the largest use machinery from Artos, Krantz and Stentex and value this productive machinery highly allowing our spare part business to profit accordingly. It is now therefore time that we are personally present in Brazil at the trade fair.’

In addition to the spare part business INTERSPARE is also setting its sights on the installation of new machinery. Polchow adds: ‘As already announced last year, we have meanwhile achieved an excellent position to supply complete finishing machines by Artos and Krantz. This is naturally of interest to our South American customers as they know the machinery and value its productivity and quality. We are currently involved in negotiations and we have for our part made offers. Perhaps we will soon be able to make an announcement in this regard.’

Another mainstay of INTERSPARE in Brazil is the supply of parts for the production of textile machinery by Brazilian manufacturers. One customer for example is Albrecht Eqipamentos. The textile machine manufacturer from Pirabeiraba was founded in 1970 and is highly esteemed in the Brazilian market for its machines. These have also partially been built in cooperation with German machinery manufacturers such as Artos. INTERSPARE is also able to supply spare parts for this machinery in ‘made in Germany’ quality.
