Based on the long-term experiences with Turbo rings in the whole range of technological applications R+F prepared packages of rings and corresponding travellers which achieve the goal of maximizing performance with excellent yarn quality parameters at the same time.

 

The following packages will be presented: - Compact Yarns: This package includes Turbo rings with optimized flange geometry “K2” along with a selection of the corresponding travellers in the newly introduced Avus finish. - Superfine Yarns: This package bases on Turbo rings in ½-flange execution in the new flange geometry “K2 ½” and a selection of corresponding ½-flange travellers. - Sensitive Yarns – such as Viscose and Viscose-like fibres: The R+F Turbo ring together with a selection of optimized travellers offer the best solution for these very sensitive applications.

The visitors may also get a chance to see the high performance of R+F’s Turbo rings on new ring spinning frames Toyota RX 300 and Zinser 361 of Oerlikon Schlafhorst at their respective booths.

Grasim Industries announces fresh investment of ₹3094 Crore to expand Lyocell capacity

Grasim Industries Limited, the flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group and a global leader in cellulosic fibres, today announced an investment of ₹3,094 crore, for Phase II Lyocell capacity of 110K TPA at Harihar, Karnataka. This expansion will consist of 2 lines of 55K TPA (150 Tons per day) each. The first line is expected to be commissioned by 2028, and the second line is expected to be commissioned by 2030.

ATCO Hygienics, Uzbekistan, orders baby diaper production line from ANDRITZ

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from ATCO Hygienics to supply a new baby diaper production line for its plant in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The order is included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the first quarter of 2026. Commissioning of the production line is scheduled for the end of 2026.
