India is improving quality with 3 new Open Width Compactor installations

Navis TubeTex from North Carolina (USA) has started the year with big success in India
Navis TubeTex has sold and shipped the Open Width Compactor to 3 different customers. The Compactor production speed is over 40 meter per minute and compaction capability over 25% represent the further development of TubeTex’s patented roll compaction technology and out performs all other compaction technologies.
Sri Chakra, based in Tirupur, India has received and installed the last Open Width Compactor in the country and has all the latest developments and options. The machine is complete with the 10 m Pin Tenter Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Inspection Batcher. This compactor represents a quality improvement for Sri Chakra for difficult and sensitive fabrics to better control shrinkage and weights over the older, slower, and less capacity belt technologies.

Fab-Fit of Tirupur, India has received an Open Width Compactor. The machine is under installation and is complete with the 10m Pin Tenter Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Inspection Batcher. The compactor represents as expansion for Fab-Fit into more difficult and sensitive fabrics to better control shrinkage and weights over other compaction technologies.

The Navis TubeTex Compactor was chosen after extensive testing and trails on competing compaction technologies.

Fashion Gate based in Tirupur, India has received an Open Width Compactor. The machine is complete with the 10 m Pin Tenter Entry, High Capacity Compaction Station and a Non-Stop Inspection Batcher. This Compactor is the second machine for Fashion Gate and the success of the first machine was a major factor in the new purchase.

The Navis TubeTex Compaction technology has been widely accepted as one of the most productive and excellent quality open width compactors in the market. Navis TubeTex has sold and shipped over 7 open width compacting machines since January 2013.
