Tecnotêxtil Brazil 2013 in new space

Between 15 and 18 April, from 14 to 21h, the state capital receives another edition of "Tecnotêxtil Brazil - Fair of Technology for Textile Industry" to be held in the Blue Pavilion of Expo Center Norte in São Paulo (SP), with 14,000 meters square, offering more space and infrastructure for visitors and exhibitors. The Tecnotêxtil Brazil is the largest fair of technologies for the textile industry in the Southeast.
In 2011, 17,000 people visited the Yellow Pavilion of Expo Center Norte to check out the news of the textile industry nationally and internationally. With a total of 15 countries represented at the fair by the 110 exhibitors who totaled 250 brands, the show met the various sectors of the textile chain, an increase of approximately 20% over the 2009 event.

For 2013, the expectation has also increased: the fair will be held in the Blue Pavilion of Expo Center Norte, providing more space and infrastructure for visitors and exhibitors.

The Expo Center Norte has six pavilions and 13 halls totaling more than 62,000 m². The Convention Center offers all the comforts and infrastructure needed to perform large events, air conditioning and parking for 6500 vehicles are other attributes that will ensure further convenience to the visitors of the fair. Besides all these differences, its location is prime: Easily reached from all major centers of São Paulo, just 20 minutes from Guarulhos International Airport and 40 minutes from Congonhas Airport. Introducing innovations and technologies in cutting machines, sewing, embroidery, weaving, raw material, printing, industrial automation, finishing, trims, yarns and labels, programming "Tecnotêxtil Brazil 2013" also includes the completion of the XXV CNTT – “Congress National Technical Textiles and I Contexmod - Scientific Congress Textile and Fashion” organized in partnership with ABTT - Brazilian Association of Technical Textiles. It is expected that 1,500 professionals participate in the Congress, which will feature more than 35 lectures.  

Companies from 15 countries such as Germany, China, Slovakia, United States, India, Italy, Peru, United Kingdom , Switzerland and Turkey will exhibit, so far, at the 2013 edition of " Tecnotêxtil Brazil - Fair of Technologies for the textile industry. International exhibitors who have confirmed their attendance are for instance: BTMA (UK), How to Export (Italy), Gandhi Calixto (Peru), KinexBearings (Slovakia), Imag (China), JupiterComtex (India), Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd (India) AMT snc di Simone Marini (Italy), Lakshmi Ring Travellers (India) Ltd LOEPFE Brother (Switzerland), Merkur (Turkey), OerlikonTextile (Germany), Rimax (Italy), Savio (Italy), SiddhiGroup (India), Testing Machines (United States) and TomsicSrl (Italy).

Savio (Booth D180/D184/G179/G185) for example will show its most important products both in the winding and the twisting segment, presenting high-perfomance, energy saving and less labor intensive products.

The president of the back EMF, Helvio Roberto Pompeo Wood said: "It is essential accomplish such a big event in the state capital, a city that receives the largest number of events in the country and generates the largest volume of business. We are expanding our exhibition area of 7,000 to 13,000 m2, which will provide more space and infrastructure for visitors and exhibitors."
