James Heal to showcase new brand and product range at ITMA Asia

Between 12-16 June, visitors to ITMA Asia, Shanghai will have the opportunity to view James Heal latest technological innovations in textile testing with their exciting new range of Testing Instruments and Test Materials in Hall W3 E21.

James Heal design, develop and manufacture testing instruments and test materials for fabric and garment manufacturers and independent test houses - all under one roof and entirely in the UK.

The focus at James Heal is on producing high quality precision instruments and associated products, which allow retailers to feel confident in the quality of the garments being produced around the world. They want to continue to innovate, rather than imitate, and the in-house state-of the-art product design and laboratory facilities enable them to design, develop and manufacture extraordinary testing solutions.

 At this year’s ITMA Asia, the company is exhibiting the following Testing Instruments: 

- Titan4, the brand new universal strength tester

  • TruBurst3, fully pneumatic bursting and 3D fatigue tester
  • Martindale 900 Series, a abrasion and pilling tester
  • Elmatear2, a powerful and versatile digital tear tester

     

James Heal manufacture and supply Test and Reference Materials of unrivalled quality, which are totally compliant with the relevant standards and specifications. Test and Reference Materials are manufactured in a purpose-built Test Materials Centre, containing state-of-the-art facilities for warping, weaving, inspection, cutting and sewing, as well as for physical, colour fastness and chemical testing. Two modern laboratories, working within a stringent and no compromise quality system, check systematically every batch of product. Quality and consistency are also assured by the use of independent UKAS-accredited Test Houses and by carrying out carefully selected performance tests.
